Settings of Blogger Blog

Hello everyone! Tech Crush Nepal back again with a new article on Blogging series. Today we’ll set up settings of our blogger blog. So lets start-→

1. Basic Settings: Here you can change title of your blog, Add description. You can make your site visible to search engine like google,bing,yahoo etc. under privacy. Under publishing you can edit your domain name. In spite of your blogger sub domain you can also use your own domain by clicking on add 3rd party domain. We’ll discuss about adding third party domain in upcoming articles. Blogger provides SSL certificate for your blog for free which you can configure under HTTPS section. Here you can add author and admins to your blog.

2. Posts, Comment and Sharing: In this settings you can add post template. We’ll discuss more about it in upcoming articles. You can hide and show comment section in your blog post and also use Google+ comments in your blog.

3. Email: Here you can create a secret email so that you can post in your blog without opening blogger dashboard. You just need to send a mail to that secret email and email will be posted in your blog as blog post. Also you can add comment notification mail so that you get notified whenever someone comment in your blog. Beside these you can add up to 20 email address to email post whenever it is published in your blog.

4. Language and Formatting: It is used to change timezone, language of your blog and format how it is displayed.

5. Search Preferences: It is clear by the name that here you will add keywords and do SEO. We’ll discuss about it in upcoming articles since it is longer topic.

6. Others: Here you can backup,import blog contents, manage videos that you have posted in your blog, delete your blog , manage site feed and add Link google analytics to your blog.

7. User : Here you will choose either you maintain blog with Google+ profile or with Blogger Profile.
